Not enough opportunity to move up. Only get 25 cents max a year for a raise. Not enough diversity at all honestly kind of sad. This place plays favoritism especially if you are on the second shift. Mr. Carr was a great guy I respected him more than anyone. There is not enough opportunity here . They do not give employees the chance to move up in the ranks . They keep them at a 11 to 13 dollars an hour . Also second shift should get a whole rework on the way its run or just demolished and put one big shift together . Watch your vacation days too. I was told I had 6 left 2 years in a row and then my supervisors tell me hey you have 1 left . They arent very honest. Everything went downhill after Mr. Carr left 2nd shift. It isn't professional anymore at all. With all that said goodluck....

The State of West Virginia needs to investigate and fine this sweat shop. It gets three times as hot in the workplace in the summer. There is no ventilation , a/.c, or fans. A very high turn over of workers.
