Whatever receptionist is working on 11-25-20 at 12:20 pm is very unprofessional, she over talks people and was rude. If you see this, she desperately needs to be trained on how to conduct herself professionally with the public. The first rule of understanding is listening and tat something she doesn’t do. Called for slip from family dr, won’t give due to hypocritical COVID rules! Time to change family dr. Called another office and got slip, and not even there patient, all they did was alittle research
