Their link broke, so I was called a no show for an important appointment. Now I'm being told I need to wait three weeks to reschedule. This is incredibly disheartening and unacceptable.

I have visited once since the new doctor has taken over & I have had no problem at all with her. She didn’t try to change any of my meds. As far as my treatment plan, we are both on the same level. She’s actually helping me to reduce my medication slowly. Which is great. She listens, takes time to explain things & really seems to care.

The N.P. is intentive and asks questions about my symptoms and addresses any concerns that I might have. She sometimes doesn't fill my prescription's based on if I saw her that month,that's the only thing that strike's me as wierd. Other then that I'm happy with cognitive Health.

The new NP that replaced the real doctor is horrible, she has no idea what she is doing. She is not a doctor and changes your meds without concern about the patient. Find another doctor, not a NP who wants to be a doctor.

Do not go to them. Office staff is ignorant and need to be fired!
