Eric did an awesome job setting up my new phone and making sure every bit of information was transferred and set up for me before I left so I didnt have to do anything when i got home. He got me an awesome price and made me comfortable. I definitely will be back and would recommend for everyone
If I could choose less of a star I absolutely would.nThe devices I want are never in stock. Once the one I wanted arrived I was supposed to recieve a phone call. I did not. The only thing this unfortunate business has going for it is the gentleman who seems to always be there has great customer service skills and seems to have alot of device knowledge.

I can’t say enough about this store and the two gems that helped me transfer 4 phones from Sprint. Alexa and Kelon were fantastic. I walked in just to check prices and walked out with 4 iPhones 11’s at a cheaper monthly rate. Alexa made it so easy! She went above and beyond and did it with a smile. Kelon was there assisting when needed. Both are just so helpful and friendly. US Cellular hit the jackpot with these two hires. Alexa is a natural at sales. I wasn’t planning to switch that night but she made me feel it was the only thing that made sense. Hands down the best cell experience I’ve had in 20 years. I won’t hesitate to go in with any of my questions or concerns. It’s the friendly service you hope to find in a small town. Even if this location is out of the way for you....you won’t regret it.
