The wendys in the area i live in is rather pleasant, its a warm and inviting place. Some of my family works there and its overall pleasant. I like the wendys in my area and i hope to go again, 4/5
The driver thru cashier was very rude. Rushed us through our order multiple times. We missed the first window to pay which is fine, we gave them our card to pay at the second window then the lady says,” I just love it when they pass the first window.” The lady just kept going with the rude comments. The customer service was garbage. The manager did not apologize for the employees behavior especially for a simple mistake made on our part. If you don’t enjoy working for the people, DO NOT WORK CUSTOMER SERVICE!
It depends on who is there some days service is very good other days people just don't care it's a hit or miss. Food has always been good.
