Honestly, friendly staff. They are helpful from what I noticed. It was clean in the past when I went into the restroom in the dining area it had plenty of room to change(for incontinent people) or have a chair.

The senior citizens building offers reasonable rental rates for small to medium events, has a small kitchen downstairs, and has a nice building with restrooms. If you use the kitchen be sure to bring your own supplies for cleaning and serving.
