Dr.Moore is amazing. I feel comfortable around her. She always puts me at ease. My only complaint is expect to be seen 20–30 mins after your appt time scheduled.

However the staff there were not very nice, not helpful, very unprofessional and made several mistakes. On several occasions I would have to call back and have them correct mistakes ( example: calling in old prescriptions, not the current one) When I would call to get it corrected they would argue with me that they were right, I would have to insist that they look at her records. I recently called the office and scheduled an appointment for my 73 year old mother two weeks prior to the appointment date. the day before she was scheduled to go she received a call from the office stating she was a discharged patient. My mother has short-term memory loss and should not be receiving called. I am the one that takes care of all of that for her and the office is well aware of that fact. So my mother called me confused about the call. I called the office and spoke with the Office Manager and asked was my mother's appointment cancelled and the Office Manager said yes she has been discharged as a patient. I asked why she allowed me to make the appointment two weeks prior, because she needed to get her prescriptions renewed and she said it was a mistake said that it doesn't matter because she is no longer a patient. 3 days later I went to get my mothers prescriptions filled and was told by the Pharmacy that someone from the Premier Medical Group office called and cancelled the rest of my mothers prescriptions. Who does that? I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND anyone going to Premier Medical Group at Charles Point in Bridgeport, WV.

Fantastic pediatrician! She sees all three of my girls and they love her. She takes her time and answers all my questions. Highly recommended!

Dr. Moore is great. She takes all the time you want and need. She sees all of my kids and they like going to the doctor because of Dr Moore and the staff. Anybody searching for a pediatrician or PCP should give Dr. Moore a try.

My family and I have recently moved to Morgantown. We had the pleasure of seeing Dr.Moore for our yearly physicals. She was such a companionate doctor. Definitely returning for future appointments.
