Waited 20 minutes for a burger and even got the wrong one. Ran out of ice cream and chicken and then messed up everyone’s order while I was there. Needs better management
Very poorly run. Says that the close at 10pm, pulled in on Thursday night at 9:25 and they were locked up and closed. Terrible.
Okay so I go here today to get cheese curds and a peanut butter milkshake so asking for a Mariners sauce. cheese curds they have none so then I asked them 4 ranch and your brother tells me they have none I said okay what do you have I'm like wow... so then she comes back and says I have one Ranch left there's supposed to make it last night and didn't do it.... now the girl is really really nice I guess it may have been some of her fault that they didn't have Ranch don't know if she had worked the night before....lol
Employees were super rude, asked for an extra gravy and got none. Had a hair in the ice cream, ordered one blizzard with brownie bites, they forgot the brownie, and they LITERALLY took it back from the car to add it in. No one was wearing a mask either. Took 20 minutes for one chicken strip basket. Never had a good experience here.
