The associate went beyond what was required to help me, even though the store was packed. Unfortunately we couldn't find the product i wanted. A inflatable cat collar not sure why this product sells out so fast i guess everyone decided to stay and neuter their cats at the same time.

Way too easy to shop online at Petco.com plus a 25% discount! What more can I ask for! Much better price than Chewy.com and no waiting for some carrier to deliver it!

The lady responsible for fish is insanely rude. I couldn’t ask any questions without a condescending reply. I was interested in setting up a beginner aquarium, but I will be doing it with supplies from elsewhere. She ruined the experience

Love the store itself and very friendly employees. However, I just took my 14 lb 4 month old cocker spaniel to get groomed there and my experience was not the best. Ten minutes after dropping him off I received a call from Petco saying my dog was “too stressed” to be groomed. I have given him multiple baths and while he does become a little nervous, I’m always able to get the job done. He’s also been groomed professionally before by another grooming company. Tell me why professional groomers who get paid to bathe dogs weren’t able to do their job? When I picked him up they had given him the choppiest half-done haircut and he smelled worse than when I brought him in. He was also covered in hair that was not the color of his coat. So clearly, they do not clean well in there. They didn’t charge me but I’m very disappointed with this. I will not be back.

This place is always well stock in your needs, the staff is very friendly and helpful in what is needed. Everything is well reasonable priced. The pets and all are well cared for.
