I will first say, this place is so cute and has the best ice cream my family and I have ever had. We come from MD to our vacation property in Sugar Grove WV, and every time we always take a trip to MoenFatz.nBesides that, to make this place even better, the owners are the most kind, good hearted people we’ve met. My husband and I, along with our 5 year old daughter were getting ice cream there last week when a nice couple stopped us and pointed out a puddle of oil under our car. Luckily we hadn’t driven any further, but the most amazing part is how the owners of Moe Fatz bent over backwards to help us get it fixed. On a Saturday morning, their busiest time in the shop, and in between their kids softball games, they helped us figure out how to get our car back on the road and refused any money for their help! I have never met such wonderful people in my life. So if you are anywhere near Franklin WV, stopping at this little ice cream shop is a must!
