This is such a poorly run business. I received a shut off notice at 2:42pm that stated my bill must be paid by the next day. That's a problem, considering their business hours are only 10-2 m-f (they were already closed, when I was given the shut off notice), they do not take debit cards over the phone or at the office, you can pay at BB&T but only by check. Who uses checks anymore?! Forget about mailing a payment or putting a payment in their drop box. They don't check the mail or drop box, and they will shut your water off, then charge you a reconnection fee, even though you paid your bill. The water isn't even safe to drink, and they've mailed out papers stating that for over a year now. It's ridiculous.
