My daughter was having pain in her pelvic area along with some stomach issues. Got in right away, doctors and nurses were so sweet to my little girl. Went easy and fast. Only issue was they didn’t have a liquid antibiotic to give my daughter there but we got a script and were on our way!

They refuse to send me a written statement or invoice for my bill. The secondary company they use is super unprofessional and rude. They call you (with an attitude) and try to get your credit card information on the phone without giving you any information. Sounds like a scam to me. Oh and I remember the service too...went in for a UTI and was not helped whatsoever, they said I needed to see my regular doctor and sent me home, then bill be over 700$ This place is the worst!

I had to have a surgical procedure at this Hospital , first time ever here, my husband and I are very happy with how everything went. Highly recommend Dr D Wickel, 3rd floor nurse's and OR staff were wonderful.

If you had to pick between going to this hospital and using dirty equipment on the side of the road, go with the dirty equipment on the side of the road. I had no other choice, but to go here when I was having issues. The lady to checked me in was rude and the doctor and his friends sitting outside the room, weren't any better. The room I was given had a dirty bed, the bathroom was dirty, and I legit say and listened to the doctors laugh and talk about life while I waited on them - and no it wasn't because they were busy, they were just too busy talking..nnAnd then I was billed for the same thing twice - in which I called about it, but the lady said there are two separate things but billed with the same name....oddnnAgain, go with the dirty equipment on the side of the road. It'll probably have a better personality as well.

My dad had knee replacement surgery there he was left under anesthesia whilst the doctor made the surgery all staff clean equipment that should have been clean he was put in Morgantown hospital in the icu after contacting septis the doctors malhalsky is the worst my dad is currently in a nursing home today he can't walk and the anesthesia sent him i to dementia Reynolds hospital is very dirty restrooms were nasty the staff was rude nasty and incompetent that place can go to hell
