I got X-rays done Dec 27 showing my foot was broken. I was referred to Dr Meyers at Reynolds orthopedics. I called the following day (dec 28). His office manager Jayla did not pick up so I left a voicemail. No call back. I ended up calling her 3 times and leaving a message each time and she never returned my call. It wasn’t until I physically went into my primary doctor and made them call her that I finally got her to answer the phone and make my appt OVER THREE WEEKS after my X-rays. Now Reynolds has referred me to a foot/ankle specialist in Morgantown, it’s been yet another week and I've heard nothing...if I had to guess why, it would be due to the incompetence of Reynolds ortho office staff. Absolutely ridiculous! Do not recommend!!!
