In the past month we have bought 2 new phones. The SIM cards were not registered on the right network. (According to the US Cellular Technic support person. Who said we needed new SIM cards that are registered on the right network). Which we were an hour away by the time we found out we had to go back to the store we called and talked to Ethan who argued with my husband about what the Technical Support person told us. After going through the same steps 3 times while we were on our way he said he would take care of it. We called back as we had gotten closer to the store and find it ethan left for the night. Also we tried to buymore phones but they didn't have the phones were advertised in stock.
