The office in Romney, WV was an actual pleasure to to business with today. The best part was I didn't have an appointment, but they still got me in and took care of my issue without complaining.nnThe woman who served me was polite, thoughtful and efficient. Her attitude was exemplary and she also helped my friend who drove me to the DMV.nnI have been to many DMV appointments in my sixty plus years and today was my best experience ever.
