Way overpriced here for 2nd rate fish the other shops in Fall River way cheaper better selection otherwise RI. Shop wisely save your ud83dudcb0 and run to another shop ! Surprised they are still in business with their prices and attitude. So in closing buy your aquatics elsewhere you would be surprised of the better price and quality of other pet shops around. I am done with this place as well as all my friends. Like in the movies I give this place a rotten ud83cudf45 !

They're very knowledgeable and have given me great advice every time I've had questions. There's 1 clerk who I'd rather not mention, without her consent, that I seek out whenever I want to know ᗩᑎYTᕼIᑎᘜ about my 3 1/2 most. old ferret.nI highly recommend them!

The ignorant woman with the glasses (Paula) is the soul reason the store is terrible. She’s a miserable woman with nothing going for her in life so she takes it out at her job. I will never spend another dollar in this garbage store establishment ever again. With that being said i highly recommend aquastetics on east main street in fall river! A lot friendlier service, immensely more well kept fish and no ignorant harlequin to insult customers that spend 100$+ weekly in that god awful basement

Me and my boyfriend have been going here RELIGIOUSLY for a year and a half now and even before we met we both came here for all our pet needs , just recently I purchased fish from them that died within 24 hours i asked for a refund or new fish and got told no. Me and my boyfriend spent thousands in this store we even have given plants & fish to them FOR FREE !! I purchased a fish tank that i over payed for seeing as tho it was used & also couldn’t return that after 1 hour of purchase. the women who runs that place has ZERO customer service skills & i cant name a person who likes her thats met her . extremely rude.. never the less we have always returned until today!!
