One of the gems of South Charleston. Lots of outdoor activities available for all ages. Picnic areas and fields are typically very clean and in good repair. The only drawback is are the aging roads.

Beautiful park with good trails to hike and spend time with the family
The loop trail never gets old. My pup and kids love it. Only down side is people tend to walk their dogs in a public city park not on leashes. We encountered a dog not on a leash and an owner who just yelled for the dog but made no attempt to run after it. It walked right up on myself, my dog, and children. Smh people are negligent and entitled. No apology was offered either. Smh
Love taking my Rottweiler there for hikes!
