I had a family member has a sudden reduction in vision and gave the office a call. Cayla was very helpful and knowledgeable and she was able to give us an appointment right away. When we arrived, the entire staff took COVID-19 very serious, but made everything as easy as possible for the patients. Cayla went above and beyond simply answering phones and checking patients in, truly an asset to the office in my opinion. Everyone(staff) listened and truly had the patient’s best needs at heart. Everyone was professional and friendly and then when Dr. Skeens came in for the exam, it was obvious that she is the driving force behind the excellent care given by her team. Dr. Skeens was very compassionate, intelligent, and professional. Dr. Skeens was able to treat the patient in a matter of minutes. If you have an elderly patient, they will be in the best of hands with Dr.Skeens and her staff.

Dr. Skeens is kind and empathetic. She explained my procedure thoroughly and made sure I understood. I would recommend her highly. I had a corneal transplant. And she did a wonderful job.

Hi im Tonia Addair Heather Skeens..,,done a Cornea transplant on my {R} eye it had 2b done again n January of 2019 my body kept rejecting it wen Heather Skeens performed the transplant that made the 5th time my body is seeing that as a foreign object & my body won't accept it..,,my right eye Cornea has rejected now..,,Dr,Heather Skeens is a wonderful & caring Dr, i highly recommend her to other's..,, she's down 2 earth she's not snobby like some other dr's..,,she'll help u n everyway w/ur eye's..,,{SHE'S WONDERFUL} thanks
