If there was a lower rating this place deserves it. My Mother in-Law goes here because she is old and wants to go somewhere close to home. The receptionists answer the phones and immediately place the caller on hold even if they aren't busy. They talk and chat with their friends and eventually answer the call if the person doesn't hang up. I saw them do this while waiting an hour with her so she could get a blood test. If this is how they act up front I dare to guess how it goes in the treatment atea. My Mother in-law's condition keeps worsening while this place seems to be milking her insurance. I sincerely urge others to avoid getting care at this location.
