Double check your orders, I truck drive through here a lot and 3 out 5 times you’ll either not get something or get the wrong something. I wish I followed my own advice otherwise I wouldn’t be missing out on my $5 pumpkin bread that I was so looking forward to.

Before I ordered I asked if they took Starbucks rewards. The girl had to ask the other lady behind the counter, but said yes. I told her I had enough stars to get a bakery item free of charge. When I looked at the receipt, I saw she charged me for the bakery item, which they didn't even offer to warm. When I asked about it, both girls looked at the receipt, then started a conversation which I assumed was about Starbucks rewards. After they handed me my drink they started talking again. I asked if I would be getting my reward. They said, sorry, the reward didn't go through. So were they just planning on ignoring me if I didn't ask? The girls who work here don't know how the reward system works. Don't expect to redeem your stars. I'm giving them a 2 star review only because the lady was fast at making my drink.

This is by far one of the best Starbucks around! Great people, fast service and super tasty drinks! I love that you are able to purchase reusable cups at several locations, so their efforts to help the environment by cutting down on plastic waste is much appreciated and another reason I'm happy to get something when I'm passing through ud83dudc95

THE FINAL HOUR (09/20/2019)

It’s good when they’re open....... I guess being at a small travel plaza the employees feel like the integrity of being on time doesn’t apply to them. I come through here all the time and it’s the same thing almost every time I do. Hours say open at 0700. Not 0745 or 0729......it says 0700. My time is valuable and often start in early mornings, you would think a coffee shop that oddly enough is considered to be more of a “morning” establishment would make that a priority for their morning customers. But it’s Starbucks, and they promote this kind of behavior by not having standards.

I drop by just about every morning on my way to work. I've never had an issue whatsoever. Everyone has always been so polite and absolutely wonderful! I do like White Mocha and Toasted White Mocha but the real reason I go back is because of the service.nnIt is a rest area Starbucks so of course it's not going to have the conveniences that a normal Starbucks has -- but still, it always nice to have a white mocha or toasted white mocha to make your morning so much better!nnSo for all the negative nellies and debbie downers - lighten up, grab a white mocha or toasted white mocha and relax!
