So rude for no reason. Told me they couldn’t give me the packages that had a failed delivery for whatever reason because I need proof of address. I don’t live here. I’m visiting. They said they left a pink slip. I can’t find it, but if they could deliver the slip, why couldn’t they drop the package too? Makes no sense
Think they can hold your mail even though your house is not the one with the problems, they do not answer phones, and there mail people are rude, time for new managment...

The employees here are so disrespectful and rude. Just from the manner they speak to you made me feel so belittled. Especially the Spanish speaking employee. The only reason I have to come here is because this is the only post office available in dumas. Very dissatisfied, people like this should not work in customer service environments!
Very disrespectful, and racist on top of that. Too bad it's a government office so there are not other options.
