I have lived in the area for about 15 years now, and I have yet to hear of any serous problems with this department. Every contact that I have had with this department has been professionally handled by the officers. Mr. Cypress H. I looked at your reviews, seems every police department and courthouse that you have given a review on is a 1 star, all others is 5, maybe you should ask yourself if you have a personal problem with authority.
Husband and I were broke down in front of a business, legally parked. However the business owner felt the need to call the police. Police came out and were extremely polite and respectful. Saw right through the mess this store lied about. Told us to call them if we needed anything. With everything else we were going through, they were a bright spot in our day. Thanks guys.
Money hungry small town. Rude and have no care for anyone other than advancing through the ranks. I would say avoid it by they choke up a highway with their crappy town. Who doesn’t like crawling through a stop light instead of being on a freeway.
