Lady at the front desk in Idalou talks forever to people holding up the line. The post office is not for conversation hour and this happens ALL the time ay this location. Please do something

The lady at the front desk is very rude my package clearly states arrived at local postal carrier then states delivered I had it delivered to my work she then makes rude remarks that she nows how a business runs it dont matter who the package is for its shipped to a specific address it should be delivered there I should have to be questioned about it!!! that lady needs to get out of there and bring mary or someone like mary back
Person is very rude At the front counter. I am trying to locate package and can't seem to find them and post office always says they do not know where they are when the tracking itself says the post office received it 10 days ago.
