Can I give this place zero stars? We were attempting to tour New Bedford on a Sunday (BTW street parking is free on Sundays, so the garage wasn’t necessary). The gate was up so we drove in. The exit gate was down and we realized we might need a ticket to get out. We couldn’t get a ticket to come out of the machine. Pressed the call for assistance button 3-4 different times and was connected to a different British person each time and had to give them ALL my information each time. They couldn’t open the gate remotely and couldn’t give us a ticket. The only way to get out of the garage was to select “lost ticket” on the machine and pay the full day’s $18 fee to get an exit ticket. We paid $18 to park for 20 minutes.nNEVER PARK HERE!!
It sucks that we have to pay $45 a month every single month!! We work for the health center right next door. The patients have free parking, the BCC students have free parking. $45 a month its too much money
First time here. I was confused. I had to visit ticket office to get ticket stamped so I could get out the gate but then it was free. I guess I shouldn't complain about that.
Know where you leave your car! Charges $3.00 more/ or 1 hour more, if you don't get out of this garage real fast! No attends. No one answers the call button on exit. I advise park somewhere.
The worst parking garage I have ever had to park in. There should be a warning that full size SUV’s may barely fit, and roof racks will scrape on the concrete trusses! The parking spaces are also small! I am from out of town and had there been a warning sign or low clearance sign I wouldn’t have even attempted to park in the garage! Just glad I didn’t lose my roof rack or get stuck!
