I’m doing 4-Star out of respect for the cops, and the fact that generally speaking and most of the time I’ve been to this office, the people have been fantastic!nnAlthough, there was an insident a while back where I tried to contact the office via phone call, and nobody would answer. And it’s not cause I called just once and was outa luck. No, like, I called several times. At least once a day, 4-5 times in one week, one day I called 2-3 times in a single day, once in morning after they opened, and once in the afternoon during hours. All I got was an answering machine. And I couldn’t leave a message, cause the machine was full.nnI live an hour away and I needed to take care of something and I couldn’t get there until after the fact because I had work all week and couldn’t make it to the office till after they were closed, but I couldn’t contact them because they didn’t answer the phone. So I got penalized for it. Because they couldn’t answer a phone, or at least have a working machine.nnIt’s stuff like this that’s frustrating & inconsiderate. Please, fix it. If you’re working on it or already have, awesome! Thank you.
