Friendly and accommodating but with short hours and no real hopper to put packages so inconvenient.
Slower than molasses in January. It's like mayberry over there. They operate at half the speed of smell. I dropped an envelope with a check in it in the giant blue box outside like you would normally on Aug 31. It's now Sept 15 going from jarrell to near lakeline mall and it still hasnt arrived yet. I'll be more wary when needing time sensitive stuff mailed like oh I dunno basic envelopes from this place. I could've walked it quicker
Read posts from neighbors on vent page about their incompetence. Finally experienced it for myself. 3 packages shown delivered. All three missing.
Said sender requested intercept... they did not and neither of us got the package....
Second day in a row they’ve delivered mail into the wrong mailbox, told me i had to wait until morning for someone to come and get my package for me. These people need to learn how to read.
