The staff was friendly and knew their stuff. The pharmacist ( short, dark hair, female) answered all my questions and helped me feel at ease.

Awful experience today and not the first time.nA prescription that was called in at 12:30 had not even been started by 5:30 And here it is over an hour later and I'm still here.

You'd better hope you never need anything in a hurry. Or in a reasonable amount of time. Or can even afford to wait a day. Because Kroger Pharmacy will take days upon days for something as simple as Singulaire. Even then, they won't bother prepping it until you show up after giving generous time to get everything ready. And just skip the drive thru altogether. That takes double the time.

Close early the day before New Year, closed New Year day! Rest of the store is open. Guess the bakery and deli is more important than people getting their meds!nDrive thru is super slow.
