We decided to take a trip for spring break a few spring breaks back and it may have been an afterthought but the memories made were anything but thanks to beautiful scenery just like here at this park. It’s immaculately well manicured and very well kept, no trash was visible anywhere which I thought was extremely impressive. This was our first time renting one of the scooters which happened to be located close to the park at any given time which was pretty neat. My little brother was in law school at the time so he was familiar with all the spots to take us to and we were so grateful for each of them. We ended up wanting to go for a little while but we spent the entire afternoon almost until dark, because there was so much beauty outside of the grounds also artworks/mural scene in the background of one of my photos, and the playground was massively sized and my 3 children loved climbing the neat treat that’s uniquely shaped just right for that you almost can’t help but jump on and it makes for one heck of a photo opp! Another lovely attraction to see while visiting Austin.

Great park with nice walking trails. Usually lots of people here but still peaceful.

A gorgeous Park located right in the middle of EVERYTHING!nnI started going to this park in 1973 when I was a freshman at UT andnthe very next year in the spring, they had the very first Eeyore's Birthday Party at the park!!nnThe pot smoke was so thick, that by the end of the day, you could get stoned by walking along any of the Trails with a contact high!nnThe pot may be less prevalent these days...n(?)n...but the park is still growing more gorgeous every year

The walkway is lovely but this particular park is currently closed as it’s under construction. Just drive a little North and enjoy the creek.
