Very good place to do business. The cars are all new if not new they're immaculate. It seems that they're very choicey about customers because customers have left the cars intact to where I thought a 2020 was a brand new car. Their service is great too you can place a phone call and add on days to your account if you're away and don't feel like rushing back to town. Very good service very good people thank you Hertz Huntsville.
If you want great customer service, an affordable price,and a clean dependable rental this is the place for you! I had to call and extend my rental for a day and it was as simple as calling giving my information and I was given an extra day at the same rate. The young man who I spoke with was so polite and professional!! Drop off was also a breeze! My husband and I arrived right at closing time, he normally works until 4pm, the owners are amazing people they went above and beyond asking if we were happy with our rental and if there was anything they could do to improve our experience! This is the only place to rent from in town if you want a fair family price! No like the big companies just looking for your money!

They are a one man show.nEven though I had to wait a while for him to come and get me, he had people waiting outside while he went to pick me up and be able to serve both of us at the same time.
One of their rentals rear-ended and totaled my car and they refuse to pay for the damages done.
