Had an issue concerning a class missing in my digital course materials for almost a week and the problem was not properly taken of. Manager, Robin, never emailed me back after 3 days; sent her 2 emails in total and never responded to my phone calls. No one in Bearkat Bundle had any idea what to do although they did try their best but took a long time (4 days) to handle the issue. Decided to call online textbook services at the bookstore and Jaden took care of the problem within a few minutes... totally confused but disappointed the manager did not reply at all to my emails or phone calls. All staff was friendly and helpful besides the manager.
Very well organized and price's were fair.
Very nice renovations and practices social distancing well.
Line was long, but moved quickly, & got my book without any trouble
They were quick to figure out the issue and resolve it.
