Saint Gabriel's has great curriculum and great options for extra curricular activities and electives. That's all great if you can stand the fact that the parents with the most wealth control the school. I went here for 3 years and it was fine. Saint Gabriel's preaches catholic values but doesn't practice them. It's sad honestly to see a school like this. I am very glad I left. Some people are very kind and nice here but it's a select few of them. If you want your child to get anything At this school open up your bank account. Most of the administration caters directly to the WEALTHY parents. Sad.

Our three children started St Gabriel's Catholic School almost three years ago and I only wish we would of joined this community sooner! The challenges of moving to a new school are always hard but our kids were welcomed with open arms by their peers and they are genuinely cared for by the faculty and staff. They are always treated with respect, love and celebrated as individuals. They have grown so much academically and spiritually. It is such a blessing for us to be in a community with similar values, strength in faith and general respect towards others. The academics are above and beyond our expectations, they are challenged and engaged in learning. We know that wherever they go after St Gabriel's, they will be prepared for the next step in their lives. As a stay at home mom I am so blessed to volunteer and get involved in this school. I get to see the school from so many different angles and I feel no matter what you contribute whether it be time, treasure or talent, you are appreciated by St Gabriel's!

Highly recommended school. In 2008, my wife and I informally interviewed about a dozen parents who have kids attending St. Gabriel's and we toured the campus 3 times. After further research, we moved from the NW Austin Arboretum area in 2009 and moved to Western Travis County so that our children could conveniently attend this specific school. Big validator throughout the past several years: our two boys smile going to school and smile as pick them up. Both boys are thriving, academically and socially.nnSt. Gabriel's certainly delivers an academic advantage, actively presents virtue as a cornerstone, and calls each student to lead. While school administrators are positively engaged, the parents of St. Gabriel's deliver the solid foundation. From there, St. Gabriel's attracts and retains the highest quality faculty and maintains a low teacher to student ratio. Having a choice, my wife and I choose St. Gabriel's Catholic School.nnGiving back, we accept every volunteer opportunity at this fine academic school.

The teachers are wonderful at this school. The families are welcoming and friendly.nThe new administration is a joke though. From what I have heard, it is going downhill fast. Parents run the school and the principal does whatever the parents want. He portrays himself as this wonderful Christian but then does questionable things, is rude and lies to everyone.

The people ( Students, Parents, Teachers, Administrative Folks) are amazingly nice and helpful. They show that they really care. I give it 4.5 stars!
