the best post office experience I’ve had. Nobody leaves positive post office reviews so I thought I’d drop one. Everything was super fast and easy. About 2000 times better than the vail post office. If I could go here again I would.
This is a pretty good post office but just a couple 15 min parking spaces down the corner on Commerce. Line after 5pm, only one retail window customer agent working.
They told me they have a policy to never answer the phone because they are understaffed. Parking is nearly impossible to find. They lost my General Delivery item, too. The staff were friendly, though.
Just tell these ladies your name once, they won't forget it. For a downtown post office these ladies are amazing. Rare to find this kind of service these days.
They lose envelopes that contain i.d.s Then they don't answer their phone, then their 800 number asks the same questions over and over and over and over and over again...
