Long line, rude staff, told me I could either pay the HEB price or wait 'a long time' for someone to process my GoodRX card. Honestly it would have taken less than one minute to enter the card info. Pretty disappointed. Will be going to Randall's next time.

I’ve been refraining from giving a poor review for quite some time now. Every month I have to reach out to the pharmacy to ensure they fill my prescription though I have automatic refills set up. Usually it is not filled on time and is not the correct brand name that I have previously requested. This is extremely frustrating as I I've even called up to a month in advance (several times) to ensure that they order the correct brand on time... and each month I find myself getting my prescription several days late. To me, this just seems like poor customer service, as I’ve reached out on various occasions and I consistently end up getting a response of “its out of our hands”.

Good prices, helpful and knowledgeable staff, automatic refills, electronic notification, lines can be long at times, sometimes hard to coordinate med pick up times.
