Woof Gang Bakery & Grooming Westlake

They’ve done a great job grooming my Australian Shepherd, which can be notoriously difficult to get done properly (due to their double coat). He always comes home smelling delightful too! Also a nice selection of treats and merchandise.

So happy I found this place! They have done great work on my two pups and are quick and professional. One of my pups is very difficult and Sydney did a great job with him. I feel like the groomers really care about the dogs and they take the time to understand their needs. My pups have never looked better and I feel comfortable leaving them here knowing they're in good hands. Thank you Woof Gang Westlake!

Horrible customer service, my dog went to get a haircut and he came back completely shaved. They shaved everything from his whiskers to his eyebrows and I could see little cuts where they got too close. Don’t let this boutique fool you.

Staff and owner are rockstars with knowledge and customer service. Highly recommend for shopping and grooming needs!

I have used these guys for years basically out of convenience.. At the beginning of this year, I lost my dog to cancer. He was very ill in the last few months before he died. While I missed several grooming appointments in the end, they “banned me” from any future grooming services (in a very rude manner). I apologized profusely and always PAID IN FULL for any missed appointments as they occurred. Through the years, I have spent thousands, on grooming, dog food, cat food, treats, collars, leashes, etc. & referred many friends to them. Literally 8 months later, I walked in to buy a bunch of things for my recently relocated son & his new dog. I also wanted to familiarize him with their business.(as I chose to forgive & forget). Quite frankly, I was shocked & too upset to counter their most recent unacceptable rudeness.nnIn retrospect, there are many other Petco/PetSmart locations nearby which are less expensive, offer more services & selections with a much more appreciative attitude for your business. Westlake’s Woof Grooming & Bakery is way overpriced, but I always try to support & stay true to local businesses. However, I unfortunately found Woof’s attitude to be rude, unprofessional, unacceptable & completely uncalled for. I received condolence cards form Petco, Firehouse Animal Clinic as well as The Invisible Fence group...all of which I have done business with for many, many years as well.
