I bought two tickets and had to reschedule. I was told I could redeem just by telling them I didn’t go- nothing formal was actually recorded or sent to me. The website is really hard to navigate. By the time I wanted to redeem them, I messaged multiple times and had my message read and never responded to and by now it’s definitely been too long :( Please make it easier to get in touch with and make the website easier to navigate!
The movie and event was a great overall experience. Great movie quality and nice friendly staff. I like this idea of a drive-in overlooking downtown Austin. But the ticket ordering was a little confusing on the website, and it wasn't marked well on the street. We passed the garage because we didn't see the entrance, there was a small sign once you pulled into the the entry way of garage but you couldn't see it from the street. But besides that it was great and we plan on seeing more there.
We had a great time here. It's a great way to have a covid friendly activity, see a show and have a good time. This is perfect any time of year.
