I LOVE this place! The building is beautiful and the atmosphere is great! I have spent time at this library to study, browse, and sometimes just to enjoy the building and the outside garden! I wish parking was easier. The small parking garage beneath the library is ALWAYS FULL. So far it has been worth the effort for me and I appreciate all the work they do to maintain a great space and promote local literature. The staff is GREAT! They are easy to find and very very helpful!
Always loved this place. I think this is the most beautiful building in the city! Found some good books. The outdoor area is quite nice and relaxing. Have some tech stuff too but I’ve never had any experience with that. Most of the time the staff is friendly and willing to help (may have had one sort of unfriendly person, but not enough to take down my 5-stars) - overall great place. Thanks!
Great library for people who need to work (when it reopens) or play with kids. We are loving the book bundles they offer when we stop to pick up our holds.
Place is totaly closed on the weekend. No will call for holds.. Lots of homeless dudes around the doors. No book drop accessable.
Beautiful library with lots of natural light, and a great mix of indoor/outdoor spaces to read. Loved coming here and taking a walk by the river later in the day when I lived in Austin - probably one of my favorite memories of the city.
