Parking was easy on a Sunday afternoon. Store customers and workers were mrasked and well spaced. Found a couple of clothing items and appreciate being able to return them within 7 days for store credit if I need to.

I love working here at my neighborhood Goodwill and customers are usually very excited about the new merchandise and organizations of the store.

I spent almost $500 on clothes at this store last Sunday January 17th. You would think the return policy would be a little more flexible being that you can not try anything on because of covid.. this store does have a lot of good expensive brands which I loved hence the two stars but the manager Kirk? I believe was his name apparently had been following my husband and I around and staring as we had an overfilled cart. I did not notice until my husband asked him what his problem was and why he was following and staring at us and his response was that he's just doing his job!!?? Completely unacceptable! If I had not spent so much time I wouldn't have spent a dollar in that store! As much as I love thrift shopping and liked the inventory at this particular Goodwill, I just don't think I will be going back unless I hear back that this man has been demoted as well as retrained on what exactly customer service isnand how to treat guests spending quite a bit of money all in one day of shopping or for that matter any guest spending any amount of money because that is his job, to make customers feel welcome and appreciated and what exactly does he mean by following and staring at us like we we're some sort of goodwill high jackers and saying that's him doing his job??? Is he admitting that he thinks we're thief's and he is behaving like he's loss prevention or showing us that he is watching to prevent a just in case illegal act on our behalf? I have never seen a retail manager behave this way and down right admit it with no shame. He clearly does not care about the reputation of the company and needs to be looked into by upper management in my opinion. I'm seriously debating returning all of these clothes and selling the gift card or at least using it at the store I frequent (Cedar Park on Bell) where I have never seen an employee or manager behave this way in the 13 years I have been shopping there! I haven't even seen a volunteer behave in such a way! I can see that I am not the first to complain on this man so I really hope something is done about this mans behavior! Thanks for putting people to work is the quote right? Well I do not feel good about being a part in helping this man remain employed with a manager title and I did not like the way he stood around and talked to his staff either but I'll leave this as it is and hope it makes a difference if not for me at least for someone unknowing and undeserving of such treatment and judgment. Have a blessed day everyone!

Love this Goodwill I haven't been there in awhile due to Covid.. Prices on men long sleeve shirts could be mark a little less.

Extremely disappointed by Goodwill. I purchased 3 pairs of jeans this afternoon. While checking out, I asked the cashier about the store's return policy, given that the store had closed all fitting rooms presumably due to COVID-19. The cashier told me that the store's return policy was more flexible now and that as long as I returned the jeans within 10 days with a receipt and tags attached, I would be good. This evening - just a few hours after purchasing - I returned the jeans after having a chance to try them on at home. Even though I returned the jeans with a receipt and all tags attached, the manager could only give me an in-store credit via a gift card. I expected a cash refund since I had paid for the jeans in cash. I explained that I was frustrated by this given that there were no fitting rooms open to try on the jeans prior to purchasing and that my cashier had ensured me the store's return policy was more flexible now. The manager, Kirk, told me there were no other options. If the store is not going to let people try on clothing before purchasing, they should at least offer refunds on the products that don't work out for people once they get a chance to try on at home. Now I am stuck with an in-store credit for a store I hardly ever go to - or now even want to go to again.
