I had a great experience mailing some Christmas packages today for the first time at this location. The two staff members I spoke to were very courteous and efficient. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes! The only bad thing was the minimal parking spaces. I'll definitely be coming here instead of Lake Worth in the future!!
I have been there a few times in the past and had no issues with the people working there. This time however was a different experience. Absolutely horrendous customer service! I Went to drop off some packages (with all the return labels attached to ensure there’s literally no additional work for the post office), yet this lady working there (Blanca) acted overtly irritated as if I was bothering the living hell out of her. She just had this rude and unwelcoming attitude about her. If the job that you signed up to do is too much for you then perhaps you should be looking for something else.
I have lived in Saginaw for over 3 years and I sell on ebay and I have never had a signal issue. They have this new lady and all of a sudden my packages are not being delivered and it's getting really old real fast!!!
Classic USPS experience, usually a speedy check out, no complaints from me in the last year I’ve been going there.
Have informed delivery and never receive all my mail. Also get other people’s mail on a daily basis.
