If I could rate this place 0 stars then I would, front desk staff was EXTREMELY rude, the two girls that are up there could benefit from a training in customer service because it’s clear that they have none. Gossiping, reusing pens, loudly discussing sensitive patient information along with the LONG wait times are enough for me to never come here again. I thought I was going to a place of business to receive a test not watch the employees carry on as if it were happy hour. Referring to patients as “YOU” then being told to get over here as if I was some child was not the way that I expect to be treated at an urgent care. Do better, hire people who are competent and capable of doing their jobs, because the staff that you have there isn’t it.

It takes a very long time to get seen and then once you’re in, it’s a hurried visit. Then it takes a long time to just check out. They do at least allow you to sit in your car until your time, versus the waiting room that has seven chairs. Appointments would be nice so you can plan around meals and other things. It took four hours of my day to have a five minute talk.

My visit today was good everyone was nice and helpful and I appreciate everyone there that helped me today. Was glad to find out from the x-rays that my foot was not broken.nThank you Dr. Gregory.

Super busy. Was like a 3 ring circus. I didn’t have a choice on where to go due to pre employment screening but I had a pretty in depth process there. Was told I would be there 3 hours but ended up being there 6 hours. I was so over it! Nurses were very nice but some kept skipping over charts! Anyways. Be prepared to stay all day!

Went in for a drug and alcohol screening. People at the desk were super friendly and informative. Didn't seem bothered at all by questions. Customer service at the front desk was top notch.nnWhen I got to the back, the person that did my screenings was engaging, displayed a sense of humor, and was very knowledgeable. Lovely person.nnAll this within 30 minutes before closing time. That's where the wheat gets separated from the chaff. They didn't treat me like a number, but in fact were very cordial. Not impatient, not rushing me.nnMy second Concentra visit in a few years. Interesting that both were in two separate Fort Worth locations.nnLooks like someone is hiring the right people at these places. ud83dudc4d
