Called in and pharmacist took care of my 7 year old son. Was in and out of drive thru in 5 minutes. Awesome service.

Slowlest pharmacists ever. They said 20 minutes but mean over an hour. When you don't feel good, that's highly disappointing. I feel like since they have a Monopoly over the 24 hour pharmacy, they are taking advantage of that with poor customer service. Not sure about you, but I only go to the pharmacy after midnight if I'm really sick. So disgusted.

Dianne was so great. My wife and I had been in the ER for 7 hours just to get out in time to travel to the Walgreens in Azle to be told they don’t have the medication in stock but the Saginaw pharmacy had it. It is now 950 pm and the Saginaw pharmacy closed at 10pm. I arrived at the Saginaw pharmacy just as they were closing the gate but the young lady did check for me. When I told her I needed it filled she said I would have to come back tomorrow since they were leaving. I then went home to see my wife still in major pain and started calling all the 24 hr pharmacy’s and to be completely honest I would have never done business with Walgreens again if it wasn’t for Dianne. I called the Haltom City pharmacy and Dianne answered and preceeded to look in the system for 16 minutes until she found locations that had the medication in stock. This is true customer service and is the reason I might drive 15 minutes to do business with the haltom city location instead of the 1 minute to the Saginaw location. Thanks again Dianne and I hope that you truly understand what it means to me when someone helps my family. Thank you so much Brian Hughes
