Service used to be great. Visited called before visiting to ask if my prescription was ready and was lied to about it by a staff member. When I got there not only were they not ready but apparently they did have it at all. Kayla was really apologetic (Kayla is always great), but Julie very obviously didn’t give a damn. Just made excuses like there is a reason to tell a person something is ready when there really isn’t. I had just come from another doctors appointment and if they hadn’t lied I could have resolved the issue at the appointment in time to pick it up same day. Instead I will be going into withdrawal from my medication even called it in with 5 days to spare and called in to check on it 3x

Graham in the pharmacy went out of his way and does every single time to make the pharmacy experience better her always trouble shoots and is amazing this guy deserves a BONUS most friendly pharmacy worker ive ever met
