Great people here. Great place to do volunteer work or visit. Take time here and plan on it. Its not a quick visit spot. Great people here
Every time I have gone here, people are talking and yelling across the room and the front desk staff yells back. Talking on cell phones and listening to media play on computers is normal. No one coaxes or cajoles anyone to be quiet. There are no quiet zone signs. This is not a normal library environment at all.
