Horrible. Came here in and ubernon the clock to get a rental I RESERVED only for the guy to tell me they don't have any vehicles, wasting my time and my company's time. Would not use.

This is the second time I rented from Budget. Tis time I rented a 16' truck. I had no problems renting this truck. I had wanted to go to a place closer to home but they were sold out. The men at the store were quick to get me through the process because I had already put the info needed online.nI just finished adding an extra day to my reservation. It only took aabout 5 minutes. I was late for my appointment and had to leave to put more money in my bank account. The customer service was great. The whole process was fast since I had made the reservation online. The employee waited for me to go to the bank even though they closed at 6:00 pm. I was very pleased when he told me her was out of type car I had reserved and put me in a higher class.
