I had the worst experience with this place paid for a unit over the phone went to the facility to take my things and unload the truck entered in my code I could not get inside gate then I finally get in side the gate got to the unit and I the lock that was on the door the code that the rep gave me did not work so finally after dealing with that for about for about 30 minutes I tried to leave I couldn’t get out the gate had to call fire dept non emergency number to come let me out police said that happens quite often at this place the worst experience ever called the customer service the next morning and to let h them know and her attitude was nonchalant
Manager is very friendly and helpful, storage units are not climate controlled but do have electricity. I like that i can drive right up to my unit door. Very good prices

I used this storage service for 2 years and the managers were very friendly and courteous. When they were making some upgrades on the buildings, they made sure I was not inconvenienced. I only left their service because I moved out of the area.nnThank you
I have two units one I have had there for 8 years and in 8 years just had a problem one time last year when the old manager moved out. New management is good I am happy with the service they provide.nThank you
