This place is Amazing and the personal is awesome as well. My family and I had a really fun time watching the movie.
The theater and seats are nice and staff was okay. However it’s 3 movies showing right now and our movie was the last showing movie for the night starting at 8. We order chips and queso plus our meal. After twenty minutes we asked about queso. 30 minutes later it came and she said the “kitchen was behind.” Now how is the kitchen behind with only 4 people in the theater. Our food came 40 minutes later. I asked the manager who brung it why did it take so long. She said there was a misprint in the kitchen. I’m not sure what happened but I do know that with this theater only been open two weeks and no one really coming it’s ridiculous to wait 40 minutes for food. I can only imagine what it will be like when it’s booked and sold out. Not sure if I’ll be back or recommend. Would rather stick with AMC.
Hadn’t been to the movies in a long time..Took the kids to SMG on a Sunday evening, Customer service was great! Bre was very nice and our Server Jay was great. Will be back!
All of the staff members were extremely polite and helpful. There weren't very many people there so I loved that. The place was very cold (which was my only real complaint). It took longer than it should have for my drink to arrive but it wasn't the end of the world. It was very clean which is to be expected since it's new. I'll definitely be returning soon and recommend giving them a try.
A great experience. The theatre was clean, the service was fast and our order was correct. Everyone we dealt with was kind, gave great customer service and made us feel like we were welcomed.
