Very friendly and considerate, but I have one thing to say...nnBe very attentive on how they word things when they sell you their features and products. I was told I’d only pay $15 for the protection that I got for the car they gave me. Although they NEVER told me it was a daily rate. So after 7 days, I had to pay $116 to return the car (insurance covered the other costs).nnMy common sense should’ve kicked in when they sold me on the protection feature but it’s too late now.nnI normally don’t rent cars so if it’s your first time like me ask as many questions as possible and find out the exact dollar amount you’re gonna pay towards the end.
The service was good and they handled everything in a very professional and timely matter, I gave them four stars only because after a change of plans, I returned the car within and hour and lost out on $100 dollars, which was not necessarily their fault, but I think that policy should be changed.ud83eudd37ud83cudffd♀ufe0f
Both Kevin and Ashley were very friendly and efficient when both making my reservation and completing the transaction. I had to come back the next day due to car shortage but it all worked out in the end.
Kevin the manager at the south Fort Worth Service King Office should take a few more customer service class! I’ve been a customer for over 20 years and never had a bad experience until this time! Kevin’s service skills seriously needs improvement.
Great friendly staff and very knowledgeable about everything.
