I personally would not send a pet here ever. We had an awful experience, our 3 month puppy broke his leg and needed surgery. They were awful to contact and did not let us know anything. He got 2 pins placed into his leg to help heal it. After about 3 week we called multiple times concerned their was issue with the pins and requested an x-ray they refused to see him and said he did not need an x-ray. After about 4 1/2 weeks (they said the pins needed to stay in for 6) they finally agreed to see him and decided he needed surgery to get them removed. After going in to do the surgery they found they were only able to remove one pin because the other pin was healed around since puppies heal so quickly. If the vet listened to our request earlier this issue could have probably been avoided. Now our dogs leg is completely messed up and our vet is very concerned with why they left the pins and believe the pin left inside has moved and causing the dog discomfort. (He now limps and favors that leg) They also never released any of the x-rays to us or sent them to our personal vet. Our family had spent over $6,000 at this place and spending money like that I would at least aspect someone to answer the phone.
The staff was super friendly! When we went it was a very busy night (due to COVID-19) we had to wait in the car. But once we were able to have our dog looked at the process was quick. The staff treated our pup kindly, and as a nervous dog parent they kept me updated. After we left they answered our questions when we called! It was a late night and they made the process so much better.

We took our puppy in to get treated because she had a fever, wasn't eating, and wasn't drinking. Her symptoms had been going on for days and it wasn't the first time they had seen her. We told them there was something wrong with her neck. Rather than treating her, examining her, or trying to give her anything at all to treat her symptoms or diagnose her, they did nothing. After repeated attempts to talk to someone we finally got a vet on the phone who admitted to not even knowing our dog was there. Even then, they didn't perform a physical exam even though we told them twice that there was something wrong with her neck. Finally after 11 hours we talked to the vet again, who wanted to run a test. We asked them about her neck. The vet didn't know there was anything wrong with her neck.The vet finally looked at it and found a large abscess. In my opinion this place has no business doing any kind of service for any animal. I wonder why they keep changing their name... The Yelp reviews are very informative.
