Kim went above and beyond with helping me return 7 extra large boxes to 4 different warehouses! She was more than patient and understanding of my needs. I highly recommend dealing with Mailbox & More!
I needed copies quickly and I found Mailbox & More. They were very convenient and very helpful there was no waiting and I got everything done at a better price than I found any place else. the lady was very professional and polite she was very helpful they also have a bunch of cute little things and they're to look at while you are waiting I would highly recommend this to anybody that needs some copies or anything else mailing or just shopping in general. I would highly recommend them they're open Monday through Saturday. If you need a good place to go this is it highly recommend them I give them an A+
The lady in charge knew her job, and I was in, and out pretty quickly. She could have been a little more friendly, but wasn't mean or anything. Don't expect to find a bathroom, because their wasn't any. At least not that I was allowed to use. Beats driving to Port Arthur for a UPS drop-off. A nice professional looking small business.
I went there today to pick up my package and I didn't have no problem with them. I walk in and tell the young lady was I there for she got my package and I sign for it and I walk out. I tell you I rather do business with them instead of the post office those people I'm always have problems with them. So I was very happy to do business with Mailbox and More.
Kym very unprofessional and rude. Package sent to wrong address and she was very unhelpful while trying to correct issue. When I insisted she help me change and correct address she was rude to FedEx personnel on the phone.nnThis was my second time to use the Mailbox & More and my last. I don't like to post this type of complaint, but shipping valuable items in a timely manner is important. I just wished I had checked the reviews before I used this company.
