1/18/17nnDear West Orange Police Department,nnIt's downright disgusting that your Police Department shoots Pet Dogs. I think that every law enforcement officer that has ever used lethal force on a Pet in the United States of America should have their badge ripped off of their uniform, and they should be permanently dismissed from their position. We don’t need Police Officer’s that are Animal Abusers. Please train your Officer's so that our Pets have a fighting chance of surviving a Police encounter.
