I’ve used this company several times in the past 8 years. They are always responsive and very cordial. They are careful and respectful while working, and always take time after to explain what they did and answer any questions. I’ve seen the same 3 guys over the past several years, and overall it’s always a great experience. I mean, I wish I didn’t need to have their services in the first place, but when I do it’s nice to have a trusted team to help.
I can't say enough about this company. They are a top notch, honorable company! They saved me thousands of dollars! I had another plumber come out to assess a continual clogged drain issue, quoting me thousands of dollars to re-drain an old pipe. I reached out to Drain Remedy to assess the situation using a drain camera. They performed a thorough assessment and determined there was something lodged in the drain that was causing the issue. Long story short, they were able to resolve in a timely and cost effective manner. You guys are the best, especially Andy!! Highly recommend them for any drain issues, and will be calling them again.
Just had a great experience with Devin. He came quickly, was very communicative while working through the job, and gave me instructions so that I can self monitor to see if further work is needed for our main line.

We were referred to Drain Remedy from our plumber to help snake our drains. Bob came out the very next morning and was awesome. We knew we were in good hands with him. He did more than what was asked of him just because he wants to help people out. He was efficient, affordable, and he cleaned up after himself.
